Η Αγνές, η γειτόνισσα της Ζιλιέτ και της Κάρμεν, γράφει παιδικά παραμύθια που διαδραματίζονται σε έναν φανταστικό κόσμο, το Βασίλειο των Ανέμων. Οι ατρόμητες αδελφές ανακαλύπτουν ένα πέρασμα ανάμεσα στον δικό τους κόσμο και αυτό το εκπληκτικό σύμπαν. Μόλις περάσουν στην άλλη πλευρά, αποκτούν την εμφάνιση γατών και συναντούν τον Σιρόκο, έναν τρομακτικό χαρακτήρα που μπορεί να ελέγχει τον άνεμο.
