Κάτω από τον καυτό ήλιο της ελληνικής υπαίθρου, οι ανιματέρ που δουλεύουν σε ένα all-inclusive Κάτω από τον καυτό ελληνικό ήλιο, οι ανιματέρς ενός παραθαλάσσιου θέρετρου ετοιμάζονται για την τουριστική σεζόν. Η Κάλια είναι η αρχηγός της ομάδας, η πιο «παλιά», και δίπλα της ο Σίμος, η μικρή του κόρη Μαίρη, η νεοφερμένη Εύα, ο Θωμάς, ο Vladimir, η Φανή, όλοι τους μέλη μιας ιδιότυπης, παράταιρης οικογένειας. Χάρτινα ντεκόρ, νάιλον κοστούμια, κωμικά σκετς και φάλτσα καραόκε γεμίζουν την υπαίθρια σκηνή του ξενοδοχείου κάθε βράδυ. Καθώς το καλοκαίρι συνεχίζεται και η πίεση της δουλειάς αυξάνεται, οι νύχτες τους γίνονται ολοένα πιο σκοτεινές. Όταν όμως τα φώτα ανάψουν ξανά, το σόου πρέπει να συνεχιστεί.
