The sublimely talented Greek artist’s productions routinely generate fervent support from among the scene’s most revered luminaries, while his expansive DJ sets have enlivened some of the world’s most venerated clubs and venues. Born in Greece in 1994, Konstantinos Livathinos’ rise to prominence has been nothing short of meteoric. Better known by his LIVA K stage name, he began his production journey at the age of 18, piquing the attention of industry heavy-hitters as his music quickly struck a chord on subterranean dancefloors. Combining propulsive Afro-house textures with an authentic club-rooted shimmer, his groove-heavy sound effortlessly blends evocative, piano-led melodies alongside stirring rhythms with striking results. Infused with equal measures of kinetic charge and emotion-rich atmospherics, LIVA K’s music has been championed by the likes of Black Coffee, Carl Cox, Blondish, Louie Vega, Tiesto, Kygo, and Robin Schulz among many others. Vividly demonstrating his flair for igniting the dance, he’s performed DJ sets alongside some of cutting-edge dance music’s biggest names. Dixon, Black Coffee, Maceo Plex, Ame, Tales Of Us, Hot Since, Jamie Jones, and Guy Gerber are just some of those with whom he’s shared the stage. From 2022 and into 2023, LIVA K has been invited to perform a monthly residency at Volt Milano, providing an opportunity to present his unique sound to all new audiences while staying true to his dynamic sonic manifesto.
