Among the first big names that have confirmed participation in the Bulgarian edition of the festival is Imany. The French singer is coming to Bulgaria yet another time, proof that the country is one of her favourite concert destinations. Elegant and mystical, Imany changes different musical genres - folk-soul, blues-rock, hip-hop, funk, pop and classics with impressive ease.
The next popular name on Francofolies’ line-up is LP or Laura Pergolizzi as her real name is, was born in Long Island, New York but has Italian roots. She loves men's suits, tattoos and has a super recognizable voice. But besides being a great performer, LP is also a brilliant musician. Now LP comes to Bulgaria again with her latest album “Churches”.
The rap star Maitre Gims, recently known as just Gims, is also coming to Francofolies in Plovdiv in June. Winner of various awards and with more than four million copies of albums sold, always hidden behind his famous dark glasses, he is among the most successful performers on stage in France, as well as a producer and author of original music.
Another favorite European star joining the French festival in Plovdiv is Helena Paparizou – the Swedish singer with Greek roots is the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest, has 22 MAD video music awards, more than any other Greek musician, also won an award from MTV Europe and is an absolute favorite of the audience.

Their live set includes a mix of analogue synthesizers, drum machines and strange instruments invented in Jack's father's warehouse. Their house tracks are notable for huge chorus anthem moments and require a lot of dancing.
La Caravane Passe is a French band for contemporary music, brightly tinted with gypsy and nomadic folklore from various countries in Eastern and Southern Europe. Formed in late 2000 by singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Thomas Fetterman. For them - music is a journey that brings the southern spirit of freedom and a non-stop celebration.
Bon Entendeur are Arnaud Bonnet and Pierre Della Monica, who come straight from the sunny, French Riviera. They are a duo of friends and music lovers with a gift and desire for endless interpretations. In their music, they mix versions of songs from the 60s and 70s with new concepts, legendary voices and original production.
The popular Gente De Zona are also coming to the Bulgarian Fracofolies. Transformed from a street rap formation into a world-famous duo, Alexander Delgado Hernández and Randy Malcom Martínez, come to Bulgaria for the first time for Francofolies 2023, June 17th and this is the first date for their current European tour. The duo appeared on the music map in 2013 with “Yo Quiero (Si Tu Te)” featuring Pitbull. But “Bailando”, Enrique Inglesias’s mega hit from 2014 with their participation, makes the duo recognizable on an international level, with the song’s video gathering nearly 3 billion views!
